Tablet Trouble

Alright this is a plea going out to the wonderful artists on here with tablets, MINE ISN'T WORKING!

I haven't used it in a while (obviously) and when I plugged it in last all it did was blink, I'm not kidding the tiny light on it just blinked and blinked and the cursor just didn't move at all when I used the pen.

What are my options?

What am I to do?
